Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

DBT is a comprehensive, evidence-based treatment designed to help with intense emotions, impulsive behaviors, and relationship difficulties. It combines individual therapy with structured skills training in four core areas: mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness.
